My journey took a turn in October 2009 when I was injured during military training. Though my physical abilities were limited, I honed my computer and communication skills, earning an Information Technology Specialist certification (aka Military Occupational Specialty or MOS). Unfortunately, my injury became a permanent disability and led to my honorable discharge from the U.S. Army in June 2012.

Just before my discharge, in March 2011, I began working as a veterinary assistant. That's where I found my passion for saving animal lives. The part I love most is helping pet owners take the best care of their pets as they possibly can. Teaching them and guiding them gives me great satisfaction in my work.

In June 2023, I realized I could combine my lifelong love of writing and storytelling skills with my passion for animals.

Since then, I've crafted compelling blogs and articles on a wide range of animal-related topics, showcasing my proficiency in SEO and content creation. My dedication to meeting deadlines while maintaining high quality and accuracy is unwavering.

Whether exploring the complex dynamics of interspecies relationships or sharing practical advice on pet care and training, my content connects with readers, leaving them eager for more. After writing over 100 blogs for A-Z-Animals, budget cuts led to layoffs. Undeterred, I founded Rachael Monson Writing in December 2023.

Additionally, I launched Brizzyne’s World in October 2023 to share my love of gaming with the world. My ability to connect with audiences across multiple platforms and cultivate community engagement speaks to my versatility.
